Come celebrate at our Eagle Rock playspace! We’ll help you host the PERFECT party with custom decorations, themes, catering, and more. (Check out our party gallery here).

  • We offer 3 options: 3 hours for $600, 3 1/2 hours for $700, 4 hours for $800.

  • Pick any available block of time on Saturdays and Sundays, 8am - 8pm

  • Each party package includes 40 guests (both children and adults). (However, you can host up to 55 people, for $10 per person over the 40 person limit)

  • We recommend booking 1-2 months in advance to get your desired date & time.

  • Tours are available any time we have open play (usually 9am-7pm, Monday through Friday)

  • In the event of rain or heat, we have several large pop-up tents, plus deck umbrellas and a huge sun canopy/sail, to set over the deck to provide protection from the weather.

Here’s what we include:

  • You get exclusive use of the entire venue, both indoors and outdoors.

  • A PlayLab team member will be on hand to help you, to move furniture around, set up tables & chairs per your directions, set up decorations, etc. You can delegate work to us- we want to make it easy for you!

  • Our new Party Planning tool can walk you through the whole process, or you can talk us in person, on the phone, or via email to discuss plans.

  • We provide tables and chairs for children and adults. (See the full list of inclusions here).

  • Also, check out our online store for ordering decorations and rentals, like balloon garlands, coffee stations, place settings, plates, cutlery sets, tablecloths, drink bins, and more).

  • We will have toys throughout the space.

To Book Your Event:

  • Pick your duration below, then choose from the available dates. (If you’re not sure how much time you need: a 3 hour party usually spends the first 30 minutes setting up, the next 2 hours for partying, and the last 30 minutes for winding down and packing up.)

  • (We recommend 3.5 or 4 hours if you have more extensive decorations, or setup that will take longer than 30 minutes, or if you’re including an activity, like arts/crafts, or hiring an entertainer.)

  • You can add time on the day of your party, if you need to go a bit longer! Each additional 30 minutes is $100; subject to availability.
