Attending a birthday party at PlayLab Eagle Rock?

Read on for helpful info, including our waivers and where to park

Shoe-Free Space: we ask that guests, both children and adults, not wear shoes in the inner rooms of the playspace. Socks or barefoot are both OK.

Waiver: We require each family with children to sign a waiver in order to visit PlayLab, as acknowledgement of our policies and rules. It’s recommended that you fill it out ahead of time, and you can complete it online here.

Sickness Policy: For the health and safety of everyone who visits PlayLab, both children and adults, with visible signs of illness (Cough, runny nose, rash, fever, etc) will be asked to leave and return to PlayLab when they feel better.

Cleaning Policy: We thoroughly clean the space every day, and also clean the space between parties.

Parking: There are three parking spots in the little lot in front of our building. Besides that, street parking is generally plentiful on Eagle Vista Dr to the east of us, as well as on Mt. Helena to the west of us.

Take care to not park in the small driveway off of Eagle Vista; that belongs to our neighboring business.

Please don’t park at other neighboring businesses; you may risk getting towed.

Please note that some of Mt Helena has parking restrictions: 1 hour parking Monday-Saturday, in front of the preschool. There are no limits on Sundays.
