If you’ve been struggling with the day-to-day of parenting, are longing for connection with other parents, or just need a place to share and feel supported, our Parent Support Group is the place for you.

This group is a non-judgemental space where parents and caregivers can come together to share their struggles and wins in a safe environment. The group will be facilitated by certified parent coach Cynthia Walgenbach.

The group begins Tuesday, February 21, 2023, 7:00-8:00 pm, and runs for 8 sessions (no class the week of March 12.

 $20 suggested donation per class. You can register online or pay in-person via cash or Venmo @Cynthia-Walgenbach.

Cynthia is a mama of 4 and an advocate for conscious parenting as well as learning how to take care of ourselves while we care for our children. Reading and dance are some of the ways she refuels.
