You can earn a FREE day pass for every new customer you refer to PlayLab!

how it works:

1) When a new visitor tells us they learned about PlayLab from you, we put your name on our list for complimentary day passes.

2) Next time you come in, we’ll tell you that you’ve got a free pass, and you can redeem it.

Simple as that!

terms & conditions:

• One free day pass will be sent to you for each family who you refer. There are no limits to the amount of referral rewards you can earn, multiple new families can mention you as a referral, and you’ll get a free day pass for each of them.

• The new family must be visiting for Open Play. Referrals generated from parties, such as a host referring the guests, will not be eligible for free day passes.

• The free day pass can be used in-person at PlayLab. Just let us know that you have a reward on your account and we can apply it toward your purchase or visit.

• Referral rewards cannot be used retroactively on past purchases.

• Only people can earn referral rewards (companies, newsletters, or other media sources are not eligible)

• If your referred customer has previously visited PlayLab, they do not earn you, the referring customer, a referral reward.

• In order to qualify for a referral reward, the referred new customer must be unaffiliated with any current PlayLab customer’s account. (For example, a family member can not be added to an existing membership and then cite the existing member as a referral source.)

• PlayLab reserves the right to withhold referral rewards if we believe one or both parties are attempting to take advantage of the program.

• Once redeemed, the free day pass cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and have no value besides PlayLab credit.
